i am owning pre facelift EA888.2 engine with stronic and quattro for two years. it consumes like 3 liters per 10k km which i think is ok because of the driving experience. the higher maintenance cost still worth it coz it just can put a smile on my face while driving it.

reliability shouldn't be an issue for 2012 or newer Audi which has been facelifted (EA888.3 engine).

engine oil consumption has been fixed for EA888.3 engine
multitronic does not have mechatronic components, S tronic does.

i would say a proper maintain Audi A4 B8.5 is good but is FWD not Quattro.

if you are looking for daily enjoyable drive, go for it. if you just looking for daily driveable car, no go due to ownership cost.
