I just realized Gaming Figure Shop was closed down, I was trying to contact them but to no avail. They never contacted me once.

I still have a preorder with them with the original receipt, transferred the $$$ to someone's account with the name KONG KING KOK or Flemond Kong.

His number is banning all incoming calls, anyone here experienced the same thing?

I have contacted the person in charge for time machine as I was told gaming figure is a rebrand from time machine, but the PIC told they are not related.

So what do you guys normally do when your preorder is gone missing?
