i'm interested to know abt video mixers.. the ones used by conference halls.. etc etc..

hardware based solution like i see from graphics_vision in TTDI costs abt 12K min and max 23K+

is there any software based video mixer? do i need additional hardwares for using the video mixing software ?

or there is somewhere i can find more info
