why after downloaded some tv+ episodes, cannot play the videos with the message "connect to wifi to watch"

and if i enabled mobile data, it'll just stream it and doesn't play the downloaded file. I tried download 2 episodes, disable wifi and it plays fine, but after 5 mins when i wanna watch it the error pops out again and force me to stream via wifi or mobile data wtf?

it works fine until few days ago

edit: i suspect it has something to do with dolby atmos. Maybe when i downloaded it my airpods pro was dced so it downloaded normal audio, then when i wanna use the airpods to watch, it force to get the data from server with dolby atmos audio data, i'll test again later when i have wifi

edit2: tried and doesn't work, it just refuses to play downloaded episodes wtf?

apple added Apple TV Preview app on the microsoft store for windows, finally can watch on windows with clear video instead of 720p like before. Videos look clear on my 1440p screen but the app is kinda beta
