Sometimes I try to take a picture with normal lighting and it hesitates for a few seconds before capturing. Sometimes the shutter will click, and then the app will crash (which results in not capturing the image)
Not sure is it problem with my phone as I have quite a lot of photos on it (50k photos), or just a problem with the firmware?
firmware could be, some of the apps needed to be closed and open frequently it is a hit or miss kinda situation for me, especially Filmic Pro which have some stuttering effects after reopening from the app switcher.Anyone facing the same issue?

The problem persists iOS 13.1.2 till 13.1.3 whereas 13.1.1 which when I got my phone doesnt have such problem.
