Nobody plans to preorder from Senheng/SenQ?

Bro, where did you get this information from? Can't see the Citibank warranty and voucher written anywhere.

To those who preorder with Senheng/Senq, when you guys collected the phone and installment using Citibank card, they allowed you go for 36 months?

When I collected on Friday, they insist Citibank maximum can do installment for 24 months only. I remember I read at the website Citibank member can go for 36 months max, bcause that time was 7.30pm so I can't call customer service to verify.

Yes, I am a Senheng Citibank Member. The staff told me this 36 months is only if you do the installment between 20th to 25th only, but this is not true if I understand correctly. The following is the excerpt from Senheng website (https://www.senheng.com.my/apple-iphone-11)

Anyway, I have call CS and they said will check again. I just wanna confirm with you guys if my understanding is correct.

I am upgrading from iPhone X to iPhone 11 Pro Max:
1. FaceID is definitely faster, like a lot
2. Camera is a huge upgrade, especially the low light performance.
3. Battery life is insanely good
4. A13 Bionic is da Gawd, butterly smooth

Bummers:
1. I miss 3D touch
2. This thing is heavy, my hand sours easily
