anyone managed to get iphone 11 pro max at any digi centre? tried to called their customer service but the operator said no stock at the moment.

I think they really no stock at all, the list is getting longer.

well did they update the list? I just went to a digi store couple of hours ago. they have a long waiting list at Gardens digi , you can try ask tomorrow and see if they have any units. Highly doubt so, coz the list is getting longer.

I just notice 1 thing, why cant youtube app play any 4k videos? I remembered my old iphones can played it. i ve not tried netflix yet.

No joke folk, I was spending sometime to google search for solutions, so it was the codec issue from YouTube and Apple both parting ways for their standard codec.

man that’s a bummer because max only 1080 when I paid thousands for a high resolution phone. I was literally playing with note 10+ before placing the order for iPhone.lol. Well at least still got HDR thou.

That actually makes the iPhone 11 a better buy. I tested Vimeo HDR videos that looks gorgeous ( search for 4K HDR Lg) but it still looks like 1080 only too.

Apple please make 4K happen for YouTube!

why would u watch a low res video when there is an option for the highest? Your comparison is like bought a Ferrari still bother with petrol price.

I buy a phone to maximize the usage or buy it to safe battery? For your statement, can iPhone 11 pro max play anything higher than 1080p in YouTube? 1440p can play?
