Anyone knows how to disable the annoying voicemail notification? My voicemail is already turned off and there is no voice messages, but the notification is persistent

Loving the iphone 11 pro max so far, a huge upgrade in terms of smoothness and OS ecosystem compared to my S10+ (EXYNOS processors are kinda shitty)..only issue is the occasional bugging of the voicemail notification which i cant seem to disable
