I just leave it on the charger by 12 and remove it by 3-4am.
Once single charge to fill the day. Even if its at 100%, its fine because it stops charging. Been practicing this method for years, all my phone battery lifespan still good after 2-3 years. Modern tech is amazing |

Pulled the trigger and got my second ever Nomad case.
