Layman terms, Apple claims to make the Iphone 11 series to be the toughess ever with the new glass, meaning they are making the glass more resistant to breaking by making it softer (malleability) but sacrificing hardness so they are more prone to scratches

Actually, it is one of Apple's main principle to squeeze as much profits out of their customers. So you are lucky they are giving fast chargers this round. For the Rm1 screen protector, you might have to wait another 5 years for it.

when the hardness increases, the brittleness will increase as well.

when the material is brittle, the ability of the material to absorb energy during impact (toughness) will be low

I checked on my friend's ip11pro. guess what, hers also got tiny scratch! then I said faster put on SP before catches more scratches

i notice the display sets are also full of scratches compared to previous display models during launch ... maybe alot of ppl played with itp

Yes, hardness for glass vs toughness for plastic. Plastic is unbreakable but are easy to scratch.

No matter what any phone maker claims about their glass being “the toughest glass ever in a smartphone”, I keep my new phones safe in a box till I get a SP for them

the apple leather casing to me is the perfect feel and bulkiness for me..have been using it since iphone 7. tried many in between, but always go back to it!

We are lucky because we already had tempered screen protector design standby for us as they using the same as iphone X...else the tempered screen protector doesnt come cheap for new design

Lucky there was no scratch on mine even only put on SP tempered glass after 4 days of purchase

Display set are full of microabbrasion even for xs xr and xs max. Especially under different lighting angle. Together with the fingerprints, looks superdirty. I woner how some ppl can use phone without sp. For lowend android maybe but for phones that cost as much as a laptop, extra care must be taken.

finally got my iphone 11 pro max yesterday.

I just notice 1 thing, why cant youtube app play any 4k videos? I remembered my old iphones can played it. i ve not tried netflix yet.

Sorry if someone has asked before. Which is the best SP to get iPhone 11 Pro with lowest plan? I hardly use the phone to call just mainly net surfing and occasional video streaming hence I don't need a 'canggih' plan.
