it's your cable not supporting up to ios13? some mfi certified support up to ios12 if i'm not mistaken

so i assume your xs max currently is on old ios that is why able to charge? i only know 3rd party cable always need to update their cable to be complaint to latest ios else it won't be able to support or might have error when charging.. further details i wouldn't be able to explain as i'm not expert

it's common. some 3rd party cable is like that. i encounter same issue with my previous phone before. if you have no issue on charging with original cable, i don't think is a big concern though

each outlet have limited stocks because some is reserved for customers. if out of stock when u arrive at pyramid, you can deposit RM300 to reserve for the next batch of stock. i guess this round retailers wanna play safe and don't want to bring in so many stocks. only confirm the amount of buying customers only bring in the stocks..

no need put deposit also know eh... on their FB page written so clearly and i remember got people post the screen shot here few pages back.

survey survey la that is why i know so far, from my observation, Switch is the better deal for trade in and they allow refundable deposit. where as Machines is non refundable & Epicentre not sure. both trade in price also lower compare to Switch and the worst is Epicentre.. changed their trade in price before the stated date
