Yes it can. That way will save a bit of battery juice too.

I’m using mine naked; no screen protector and no protective case.

I’m a careful user though I have lightly bumped the watch screen and edges a few times on hard surfaces. But I don’t notice any scratches so far, at least not anything visible enough to my eyes.

I didn’t want to use any casing because it will make the watch bulky. I may just get a screen protector though just for peace of mind even though I don’t feel like I really need it. Just a cheap one will do.

Nope lol. I plan to wear the watch until it dies so I’m not really worried about its resale value. Perhaps you should use protective cases if you intend to resell your watch.

Perhaps if we make enough noise KKM will move their fat ass and be proactive in approaching Apple to get more information. Covid-19 is not really a good excuse.
