Hi guys, if I buy the AW5 cellular from SG, then activate it there, then when I come back Malaysia how do I activate the cellulr function? Do I have to reset the watch?

Is ECG supported for apple watch series 5 models if purchase in HK? (Ok it is supported) Also, if purchase from singapore/hong kong, can claim warranty from apple warranty stores here? etc QCD, etc?
