Does anyone use screen protector to protect their screen or just use it naked? I’m worried it might get scratched up

Dont go Sunway. Service sucks to the max. I wanted to fit for my wife AW4 last time. Whatsapp, FB message all confirm got stock. Drove all the way to Sunway, then reach there the stall say no stock. The guy there also like want to do...dont want to do like that. Complaint to their FB message. Took them 3 hours to reply. But I already left. So I now settled with some silicon SP from Lazada. Easy installation...cheap and replace and change anytime I want...

I always accidentally press on the apple watch and sometime it will open exersice book, weather etc.
I find it quite impossible to lock the screen if wearing it. (unless the passccode created and wrist detection thing)
Why there is no function to lock it to prevent this accidntal touch when wearing it?

any clue where is it hidden?

I have an AW5 from Singapore with ECG. If I claim warranty in Malaysia I will get MY device. Then ECG still supported if I login my APPLE ID on the new replacement AW5?
