Don't know why everyone get so worked up with a function that doesn't matter. One lead ECG? Totally useless and gimmick.
Even 5 leads ECG you do at hospital also cannot detect irregular heatbeat if it didn't happen during that 30 seconds you lying down on hospital bed. You need to wear a 48 hours holter monitoring in order to do that. |

Guys. I got a Apple Watch Series 5 from USA. If I activate it with my malaysia Apple ID, ECG still not available right?
