Too fast too deteriorate. How's her charging habit? Mine is bought on May 2020, still at 100%.

I never let my battery % drop below 70% most of the time and stop charging once reach 90%. I found that those are the healthy charging pattern(as the fast charging that occurs at lower % might age the battery health faster due to heat generated from higher watt).

Maybe you can contact customer service and try to get replacement, if possible new one.

But again those battery health are not so accurate representation of actual battery health and just software estimation. Maybe because i never let my phone drop below 70% is causing the estimation to read at still 100%.

Normal, mine is 86%.
I tried apple support just before the warranty expired n they wont consider anything above 80% as abnormal for 1 year usage. I charge usually once a day when sleeping. Smart charging only worked on mine around the 10th month mark, dunno y.
