The house used to be belong to my ex's parents, it was their family home. Her father was having some financial difficulties and the house was about to be repossessed. That was 8 years ago, we were sort off on good terms then. They came to her to ask for some help, I told her we could buy it off them and rent it back to them, told her just treat it as a "national service" and in the event they wanted to own the house again they could buy it  off me for the same price. They agreed.

Last November, they sent their other daughter to inform me that they wanted to buy back the house at the price I paid them as promised. Told her they had to pay the bank valuation. It turned out they desperately wanted to own that house again as it seemed some Feng Shui master told them they needed to own and live in that house again for their fortunes to improve.

She became rather "flirty" I informed her that her sister would slaughter her with her bluntest China made knife she could find in her kitchen if she ever found out she was being flirty with me. It would have been fine except one of their cousins was in the same Starbucks, took a picture of us together and obviously had to share it. I ended the meet and headed my way, she said to consider keeping the promise as it was important to her parents. I told her if it was indeed important they won't be sending her over.

10 minutes later, someone calls to ask me if I had been with her sister. I told her it was none of her business who I'm with and hung up.

2 days later, she calls me again to ask me whether at that time I was with her sister and what was I doing with her sister. I told her if she wanted to know ask her sister. Then told her to go as I had a meeting.

Met their other daughter again in December, she said she came with an offer on the house, said her father knew I hated them so won't sell it to him, so how if I sold it to both his daughters at the same price I had paid for it. Someone from my former church saw us at the hotel I was living in, secretly took a picture and felt it was her obligation to share it and it so happened the picture was of me wiping her eyes because she was crying as she was having some troubles of another kind and felt she could speak to me about it. We parted and I told her most likely I would need to speak to her sister about it first as it would most likely involve loans. She said their father would speak to her on this.

Again I get a message asking if I'm seeing her sister. I ignored and when she persisted I told her it isn't any of her business who I was seeing and for what purpose. A day after that meet the house had an electrical fire and badly damaged the rear portion of the house. they were unaware the house had caught fire.

The younger one continues being very flirty in her messaging and I told her I still haven't heard from her sister.

In the end, I took a few screen shots and sent it to her, told her to tell her sister to back off and if her father was really interested in owning the house to man up and come meet me.

She said she will speak to her sister.

Her sister twisted the story.

She calls me to ask me why I start a fire now cannot control so asking her help. She then said she knew I been seeing her sister and showed me the pictures. I asked her she going to help or not, she told me why not make her sister pregnant also as for sure it would make me even happier. I told her I won't make that same mistake twice. I told her either way tell her father to man up and come see me if he wanted to buy the house.

In Jan of this year, I asked her sister whether she wanted to bring her father to come meet me as otherwise I would assume they were no longer interested.

She came alone, I told her I will sell it to them at current bank valuation. She said cannot as her father wanted the price i paid him for it. I asked her what if the valuation was lower than what I paid him for it? Then he would pay valuation or not.

Meeting was going well until the ex and their father finally showed up and started shouting at me and calling me all kinds of names for being  involved with her sister. I told her to inform her father to come buy the house back, I will take the bank valuation of their choice. She told me want to sell then sell don't talk so much, never gave me the chance to tell them the house had been badly damaged by a fire and that's why I was wanting them to get a bank valuation for it.

3 days before CNY I had their family name painted on all the windows, then on the front wall had their family name painted in red together with a PRC flag, then hired a Caterpillar excavator and attached an American and British flag to the cab and a Texas flag to the arm. I called the ex and asked her whether they wanted to accept my offer or not, she told me to go F-her sister and give that house to her instead. I told the excavator operator to demolish it by breaking all the windows first then where the PRC flag was and then where their family name was painted. I caught it on video and after it was flattened I sent her and her father a copy of the video.

I regretted it instantly, was really surprised at how little a satisfaction it brought me. Oh yeah they were livid.

A month later I put an IBS building on it and rented it out. Sold it last May as I felt I needed closure too.

7 years ago she said she wanted to join the family business, I told her she should aim for her cousin's seat as she had what it took to lead that factory out of the shits. Instead her father asked her to invest RM400,000 into it, he would give her a director position except it had zero scope just take salary, him and her 3 uncles were firmly at the steering and pedals. I told her I will get it for her just hold on for a bit. I knew that  factory was struggling, I approached a Dutch guy who had experience in that type of factories and told him to help me takeover the operations. Bought it out for RM630,000 where we took on the name, the equipment and machinery, all movable assets and on condition they continued to lease the land and building to us. I then hired a German woman to be the main technical manager and a Taiwanese woman to be the new production manager.

I asked her how she would like to be a "boss" she said she would love it but told me to ask that team of 3 to clear all the shit up first.

First thing first, the Dutch business manager sold off 11 Mercedes that was in the carpark. 2 were S-class including 1 a S500 and 4 were SLKs, the rest were E and C class. Every single one of it had a nice number plate. Some were 2 digits and 2 were single digit as well. Only 2 vehicles he kept, 1 was a Toyota Hilux and another was a Honda Accord which he was going to sell off as well, I told him to use it for himself. When they were selling it the dealer that bought them said those cars always could be seen at all the nite clubs and expensive restaurants. Yeah instead of using those cars to find new business they preferred to enjoy themselves first.

The auditor found 28 Macbook Pros invoices, when asked what were they for, they said it was used for designing. No idea what they were designing but was certainly being used for FB, eBay, Mudah and downloading. I told him to sell the lot, mind some of them were so well specified that you would think Satchi & Satchi or Leo Burnett were the buyers of it.

Then came the purge, got rid of nearly every one on the payroll as literally there were cousins of hers that drew a RM3 or 4,000 salary came in at 11, gossiped and surfed the net and went home at sharp 5. Some never bothered showing up at all except on the last Thursday of each month because it was payday. It was basically a case of 10% of staff did 90% of the work, well 90% of them had to go, so one by one they were told the directions to the door.

It turned around, the moment it was starting to succeed it nearly went out of business because they raised the rent 38% on us. Turned out they had mortgaged the land and building to the last grain of sand, the rent we paid were being used to service the mortgage so now they wanted an income as well. We told them goodbye and moved the factory 18km away.

Now they no longer own the land or the building it used to operate from since 1951.
