proper licensed chiropractor need to x-ray first.
if anything happens, u cannot hold him responsible.

He is not a doctor so He’s not afraid of legal issue because it is not illegal to give massages 💆🏻‍♂️ in public/ record in video. All he does is massage, you go Thailand they’ll do the same for you. I know my friend also graduate as masseuse in China and other countries. Easy 1 year course and cheap, learn about pressure points.

You know someone is a fluke when he does the same treatment/procedure for every case referred to him.
