The 1st gen iPod Nano is no longer being sold. You'll have to look for used ones. Google for Malaysian prices of the 2G Nano.

The difference is color and the material. This site has some info. The 2G Nano is more like a miniaturized iPod Mini. Google is your friend.

Which is better is subjective of course. I've not seen a fake one that actually has the Apple name or logo anywhere but....

No real difference between the 1st and 2nd generation nanos, the 2nd gen ones got curvy sides and a few more colours. Depending on how old it is, if it's under RM 200, just grab it. I'm not too sure about the prices in M'sia, but 1st gen 2GB black ipods go for about £20 on ebay.
