The guy jaga stopped them wont allow masuk

So cousins said they dont know the movie is 18 up
So they ask refund or change movie

The in charge wont allow say burn ticket rm15/pax

So how? I want to go to the cinema now and ask for refund

why not just sale back at people queing to buy the ticket

since they bought from kiosk. there’s already indicator that it’s 18+ and usually a reminder page will pop up and say this movie is for 18+ only. I think the cinema will not entertain any refund request.

Later the staff show you at kiosk purchasing 18+ movies will have the disclaimer, then how? You buat malu only

1) part where i buy from kiosk/auto ticketing machine and bring my nephew(under 18),
2) buy via gsc app (QR) yet still bring my nephew (under 18)

probably we are lucky or maybe i walk first with the tickets.
