QUOTE(dplaya @ Aug 28 2007, 04:40 PM) Cause staying there and thought of buying it while staying n renting some rooms out to ease financial burden while repaying those loan. At the very least, by 20 years the property belongs to me. you plan to buy an overcrowded old apartment for your own stay. Not to mention traffic jam any hours of the day? I would advice against it for own stay, but for investment purposes like renting out; than go for it. Setapak ria or Prima Setapak is much newer....why Genting Court? I would say Setapak Ria has a better locality. This post has been edited by b00n: Sep 3 2007, 02:32 AM |

QUOTE(bearbear @ Sep 3 2007, 02:39 AM) yeap....agreed..remember my comment; I said for me "I wouldn't buy for own stay but probably buy for investment as in renting the place out". The area is too crowded for serenity. IMHO, too crowded and I avoid that area especially at night. |

What price you willing to pay for the Condo? But if you willing to pay 150K - 160K, I have a fren who willing to sell his unit. Traffic is no as bad as you heard from the forumer. In fact, the rental for the unit is around RM750 to RM800. Interested pls PM me. Tks
