Tenant giving problem, How to deal with unreasonable tenant?

But the check is still random according to tnb person I spoke to. And as another bro pointed out, the actual termination will take a while even if the red notice comes out. Eg, one tenant got a red notice of over 2k. The deposit definitely less than 1k. So I asked why never trigger earlier, tnb lady said they check in cycles. ie not every month. Unless that has changed recently. Even now a lot of the tenants asking for 30% to 50% discount all the way to July because business is bad. Some of the landlords I know got tenant already moved out during mco. For sure within the next 5 months hard to rent out. |
