now most of the restaurants all show "temporarily closed". even kfc. looks like restaurants or riders simply don't want to layan anymore even after delivery price increases to RM4.99.

now people cannot order what they want. end up promotion backfired.

I've just received my KFC order. At first it shows "temporarily closed", then I just close and reopened back the app a few times and voila, the nearest KFC is open for order again.

foodpanda pay them back la. temporary close is network issue

got promotion, got increase orders but not enought rider.. yes, you can apply the voucher get super discount. but is only syok sendiri. the oder will be "your order has been recieved" for 1 hr++. checked with support, they said no rider to pickup the order...

i think this problem depends on location. in damansara its really fast usually 30mins max but sometimes go beyond 30mins if rain.

I try download the app, but says cannot..

usually it is fine. have you tried order the last 2-3 days? these last 3 days really end up canceling it 3 times...

i order foodpanda/grabfood almost everyday, sat/sun i always order twice so far no issue. except got 1 time last month rider duno go where i see on map he lost oredi so far away chat with foodpanda customer service they said rider got lost. what la restaurant so close to my house also can lost far away.

Wanna ask the code can keep using. Meaning can use more than once?

last day weh today. gonna uninstall foodpanda tomorrow
gonna wait for new offer then install it back
