I've moved in to my new college recently which in Pengkalan Chepa Kelantan. And realized that the signal is very bad. I'm very frustrated need to go outside just to make a call. Glad the wifi is very good here. I'm using U Mobile btw.

Should I change to the new carrier or is there other ways to improve the signal?

use Celcom(postpaid)/tunetalk(prepaid).

Use kelantan RM68 Celcom gold 20gb normal data+ 30 gb youtube
OR Tunetalk Cun RM 48 (10gb normal data + 60gb youtube-2gb/day )-->tune talk uses Celcom network.

Tunetalk is a better value, for Celcom RM68 gold plan: you need to register at Celcom centre at kota Bharu, KB Mall.

If you are in Kelantan, you do not have any other choice than Celcom.
Even Maxis is terrible in Kelantan.

Celcom is currently upgrading their 4g network in kelantan into 4.5G.
If you are getting around 10-20mb connection, if you make a complain to them for connection speed upgrade with exact location, they will take your complain seriously and upgrade to 4.5g network( around 100-200mb connection).

If you subscribe to tune talk, ask one of your friends whom uses Celcom to make a complain and you will get a speed boost in 2-3 months as well.

Data already activated 1 month but sim got 28 validity period
for billing system(BLACK)
suggest take plan B39+20
unlimited call
100sms
12GB
*P/S:both prepaid and BLACK if min/sms/data not finish within this month
you can use it next month

Yes, use wifi calling and you should be able to make calls to all landlines and mobile numbers.
