DAP MP did promise to give RM2000 (more or less) every year to every Sarawakian ("K" status), once 20% oil royalty is fulfilled. Lol.
Easier to get scholarship from Yayasan Sarawak or Sarawak Energy. Better than PTPTN.

20% was proposed by DAP+PKR Sarawak (and LGE agreed) before GE14.
But Sarawak GPS (formerly BN) Government already set up PETROS to take over the responsibility of Petronas, charging 5% Oil & Gas Sales Tax (RM 4.5 bil) this year but Petronas refuses to pay! Negotiation is still on-going between the Federal Government and Sarawak Government.
The Sales Tax is one of the special rights granted to Sarawak under MA63.

Come to Sarawak on 22 July 2020 (and 16 September).

No. Any Malaysian can vote in Sarawak. In fact a lot of Malayans and Sabahans are registered voters in Sarawak.
But the YB in Sarawak must be Sarawakian. It is quite different from Malayan states. Eg Lim Kit Siang and Mat Sabu can contest in any seats in 11 Peninsular states or KL but not in Sarawak.
