as u said, car parking along streets and make the whole area down like rumah pangsa, there is another problem as well. yet, the AK workmanship..  hmm.gif

AK workmanship is my biggest concern right now. I like the location, but I'm biased because I already stay nearby.

Main contractor for this project is called TME Builders, which is different main contractor from previous "trouble" main contractor that get very famous online. So far, TME Builders is yet to make any big trouble to their completed project. I still studying about their completed project.

Good to know this.

About the smell, Iris (and also Abadi compared to new developments) is a lowrise - so possibly easier for the smell to reach without dispersing. My theory is that if I'm facing away from the pool and on a semi-high floor, there shouldn't be any smell issue. Also for some reason, I normally can smell only when I drive on the highway between Kuchai and Taman Desa (next to Ajinomoto) but almost never smell when I use the water park road - and I've been living in Taman Desa for nearly 30 years.

(Yes very uncle and old already)

The land between the condo and the lake potentially will have development in the future (in 5 years maybe?) - So the view isn't for sure (at least not permanently)... and also, the lake isn't exactly a beautiful sight. Maybe because nobody has seen the lake in awhile, so the assumption that the lake would be nice to look at still floats around.

Just wondering if anyone's loan has been disbursed?

Don't think this is normal - I signed for another property not long before buying here, and half the value of the loan has been disbursed already.
