But different people have different requirements. Some don't mind this pattern because they need to fetch their kids from the nearby daycare after work or spouse, etc.

Anyway, for rumanwip, let.s say I pay 10% deposit and go to ballot for a unit. Then I don’t want the unit, can I just cancel and take back my 10% dp?
