hey guys, so i got a vellfire that comes with a original factory amplifier that drives my home theater speakers. i think around 10 or more speakers...im not sure. the thing is im planning to change my headunit to an aftermarket. im cracking my head how do i integrate the amplifier into the aftermarket headunit? correct me if im wrong, does the rear camera signal also goes into that processor thinggy?
If you are planning to change your original head unit to after market Android then you will lost the value of original Toyota home theater system.next time you selling off your car the price will be deducted around 5K minimum, cause this system it's coming with his own processor hiding under your passenger seat.Think twice before yo do it.
Unless the head unit spoil otherwise really don't recommend you to change local unit.
The sound not comes out as you expected.
You can by passed the processor but for wiring and others work to do,from 11 speakers downgrade to stereo sound with Android system you can search before you change in alphard or hellfire group.
If you want to watch movies link your Bluetooth with you iPad or phone will be good enough.
This system come with very expensive price when they pay as optional purchase around rm 18K Malaysia ringgit for panaromic premium sound,11 speakers there are two resonator hiding just slightly behind your driver seat and passenger seat although there it's no any visible speakers girl but you can hear it when you play music.
25K for full 18 speaker with roof monitor Toyota system.
Believe me you car sound system are far away better then new model JBL system.if you don't believe can do some research.
