The above are my workout and I can't seem to able to increase the weight no matter what I did like eat before workout. eat carb before work out. It is very difficult for me to lift the weight beyond above weights and I don't want to hurt myself trying too hard. Is there anything I can do to the above weight and reps to make me grow bigger and stronger?
