one cd song will be around 2000kbps or lesser then u convert into comp they "cut" jadi mp3 or flac or other..but flac n loseless usually cut lesser..so not much details are lost during d process..not as much as mp3 ..

but gumstick dun have but cn bundle with shroom eb or pearl which actually is the oem iems i guess
but gumstick is quite heavy n sturdy built lah...
for running maybe suggest clip+ but be aware..it is really small, n very light..i think ipod shuffle d square one is heavier.. =_="

just my 2 cents...like others said...sony is overpriced but d esthetical value is high haa...stylish and durable..but SQ so so but d bass boom lah..basshead wud like it...gumstick n clip + d other hand is better in SQ if u wanna compare all ...just comparing SQ n neglect others...gumstick hands down wins ;D
