QUOTE(enyo @ Sep 21 2008, 03:20 PM) Hey guys! I bought my red sansa clip today. RM190? I bought it from the shop, Startec located at the 2nd floor for RM190 (2GB). I searched around but I couldn't find another shop selling it, so I bought it there. I was getting a headache. I asked if I can try it but the guy said he'll let me try after issuing me an invoice. I said okay because I've read good reviews about sansa clip so I didn't mind. Then he opened the box for me to try but there wasn't battery! He said there'll be no problem, no need to try. Not very friendly.. Okay, back to the clip. I know you're not interested with my encounters. The buttons felt and looked a little toyish, if that's how you want to put it. Other than that, the clip's design is cool. I'm not a savvy but I think the music quality is awesome. I'm using the earphone with the clip, I don't have expensive headphones. The clip will arrange your music according to their albums and artists. Something like your SE mobile phones. You can have 1 playlist only, I suppose. Unfortunately, I can only charge the clip via USB from my pc. There's no AC adapter. I asked the sales person but he said some AC adapters might not be suitable for the clip. Anyone know where I can get an AC adapter suitable for this player or should I get a USB charger? Thanks! anyway, have fun and enjoy your clip |

i am changing my course to ALL IT in Ikano
there was a forummer who bought the mp3 player there and he did not seem to face any problem, and the price was certainly cheaper than what enyo was offered (startec) |

ALL IT HYPERMART has many branches in Malaysia, including Low Yat and Digital Mall. their latest branch is in Ikano, and i have checked their pricelist, RM169 for 2GB Sansa Clip, hopefully they would be more honest than Startec in their pricing

true, people would rather pay more for Ipod Shuffle because it is an Ipod, rather than going for the best sound quality mp3 player (but less popular) for that price segment

QUOTE(Dry Pillow @ Oct 31 2008, 05:01 PM) no-la, some forummers managed to get it for around rm245 onlybut it's quite rare, sansa clip cannot be found anywhere except for LYP, and not many shops carry it (never seen any 4GB version, only found 2GB) u can find 1GB version in Harvey Norman, if u are prepared to be chopped, rm170 for 1GB version. pyramid there selling 2GB version for RM199 as promotion price |

QUOTE(joeboto @ Dec 17 2008, 07:57 PM) hi guys. i need some recommendations. philips and ipod shuffle players are not known for good SQi got 3 mp3 player of choice. 1. creative zen stone plus 2gb : rm179 2. ipod shuffle 1gb : rm189 3. philips SA2825 2gb : rm189 the specs im looking for is : 1. long battery life 2. best sound quality with factory headphones 3. easiness to trasnfer files 4. small size and lightweight so sifus2 out there, especially those that are already experienced with these 3 players, please help me choose one. i know ipod already lost in terms of capacity and transferring files, but how about the sound quality with stock headphones? *prices according to the latest allIT pricelist* creative zen stone plus produces ok sound quality, but the software is disastrous: laggy, and u can't scroll the songs when the file is playing, and no id3 tagging as well for that price range i would recommend that you go for Sansa Clip instead, cheaper than any of the choices above, and produces good SQ. just google for the review and u will know why This post has been edited by cyew86: Dec 18 2008, 02:01 PM |
