Hello Hairul,
Thank you for contacting Logitech Customer Support. I am Clark and I will be assisting you with incident # 090425-002403.
I understand that the front right satellite speaker of your Logitech Z-5300™ Speaker System has blown and you are inquiring if it can be replaced with the Logitech Z-2300™ Speaker System satellite speaker. If this is not correct, please let me know.
Hairul, with regards to your issue, I would appreciate it if you could provide me more details of how the satellite speaker blew. I have also listed below, a few troubleshooting steps that may help you alleviate your issue.
1. Please ensure that all the connection from the satellite speakers and the subwoofer are firmly connected.
2. Connect the power cord from the subwoofer to another power outlet within the vicinity.
3. Connect the power cord from the subwoofer and connect it to another single power outlet in your house. If you have an automated voltage regulator (AVR), please connect the power cord through the AVR instead of connecting it directly to a power outlet in your house.
4. Try connecting the speakers to an alternate audio source - for example, a CD player, MP3 player, or audio. If there is sound from the speakers, the problem is probably with your soundcard.
5. Make sure the speaker lights are on and the speakers are plugged into an electrical outlet and the power button is on. Move the power switch on the remote to the “on” position.
6. Ensure that the audio plug must be securely inserted into the appropriate audio jacks.
Regarding your second question, the Logitech Z-5300™ Speaker System satellite speakers are especially made for Logitech Z-5300™ Speaker System only. Logitech does not have a spare parts department in the Asia Pacific region as of yet. In accordance with Logitech warranty policy for Asia Pacific region, you will need to return the Logitech Z-5300™ Speaker System back to the store where you originally purchased it. Please bring along your receipt and all related hardware (including the Logitech Z-5300™ Speaker System) that comes with the package.
In addition, Logitech does sell directly to customers in Malaysia. You may contact the nearest reseller for information on product pricing & availability.
I hope I have managed to answer your questions. If you have further inquiries about this issue, please do not hesitate to email back to me. I will try my best to answer them.
Thank you for using Logitech. Have a great day ahead.
Regards,
Clark
