You can use Apple web site to locate authorised supports and find location closer to you. I just dropped mine off Itworld@pj By Sns Network (M) Sdn Bhd. They are the premium Apple support, probably the only one in KL? Anyway, they will replace my MBP battery and keybroad free of charge despite out of warranty. It's under recall.

Different recalls on both. Early version of butterfly keyboard has recall on potentially stuck key. The other is swollen battery which has reported on some certain airlines will not let you bring onbroad unless you have letter of proof that the battery been replaced. My unit has swell battery and I have been received emails from Apple prompted me to replace the battery as well.

I am sure they will but it ain't free unless it's under recall. But having the Apple premium support center do the replacement gives you peace of mind of part authenticity. Could give them a call to ask about part and labor cost.

FYI,

My 2017 15 MBP battery replacement came back in 4 biz days. Drop off last week Wednesday and got the call Yesterday (Monday) early morning. IT World is fast! and they replaced the keyboard as promised. Premium vendor got my vote.
