I have a 2014 Macbook Air. It's been a while 6months i never use it and i stored it inside the box.
Took out last week and realized there's a service icon at the battery menu i think just like yours
I never believe the battery need to replace as the cycle has only 200+

Reset the SMC and everything are fine again.

hold on while startup dont let go until you hear the 3rd chime.

But you has to know your battery condition lar
if got bloated, must replace a new battery anyway.

I replaced 2014 myself. RM200.

I guess my cheap battery are not original but it servicing ok so far.
Try ask around, the labour are not expensive also.
