I replaced my Mid 2015 MBP battery myself. You just needs the right tools. Try not to follow the "official" steps of replacement, it requires you to dismantle the whole lower case including motherboard.

Looks for fishing line method (Google/Youtube it), where you drop some sticker removal under the battery glue and cut the glue using fishing line. Much easier and less chance of damaging the rest of the components due to disassembly.
