Details of the complaint :

Hi I'm not sure if this can be raised here since thie linked thread sales is not in TradeZone but Service Noticeboard.
However i am having difficulty with the seller response so I decided to post here to try to reach for a resolution. If it's not allowed please let me know.

I was previously a subscriber to PurpleRangers Netflix plus VPN service thinking that it is a legal subscription sharing group as he claimed it is.
When I found out that wasn't the case, I did not continue and opt to share with my friends.

So he contacted me asking if I still need the ExpressVPN service during May 2019. I thought the VPN service was okay, no interruption for the subscription period( 6months) so I said it's okay I can continue to subscribe, so I transferred and paid him money on 6/5/2019 for another 6 months services.

He then say I can continue to use with the existing username and password.

Until 22 July, the VPN service suddenlystopped. I received errors of login message so I whatsapp PurpleRangers to ask about this.

On the same day, he replied asking me to uninstall ExpressVPN and will give me Nord instead. I had difficulty connecting to Nord before so I asked him if he still has any ExpressVPN since I preferred it anyway.
No reply afterwards.

On 23 July, I asked, and he say there's one member withdrawing soon so slot will be ready for me. And he will also extend a week as sorry for trouble. I was glad that it was a kind gesture and I decided not to rush him. He said will update me soon.

So I waited, and on the 4 Aug, I asked him.hows the status, no reply.
I was busy so I thought it wasn't ready, till 20 Aug I asked again, still no reply .
22 Aug I asked again, he replied Hold On.
23 Aug, he replied say he's in a wedding and slot is ready for me. ( After I starting to rant ) I asked when can I have the login details, no reply again. Not even estimated date.

Then I waited another week, until today, 30 Aug.
I WhatsApp him again, blueticks but no reply. I know it's just past 12am, and he might be sleeping, but I am really upset and angry that he doesn't want to even address the date to deliver a replacement.

I dunno what I can do, aside from highlighting this here.
It is a cheap subscription service and I think that it could be something dodgy there also, but I wanted a responsible reply.
