Same case happened here.
I have to contact him for new account nearly every month or every few weeks, which is extremely troublesome, and I doubt it's legal.(But he claimed it's legal)
Starting from Dec 2019, he just gone total silent. I paid for 14 months subscription, and I'm just gonna treat it as charity.
