1598 units/3.3 acres = 484 units/acre. Where does this stop? It’s actually denser than M Vertica.
Vely vely dense. But I suppose this is almost rumahwip price without that cheap feel.
The fact that they are actively showing living rooms being partitioned into rooms shows the target audience. They should just build dormitories at this stage.
