super bad after sale support.

im so regret as i bought a laptop and they ask me wait 10 weeks to delivery..

saw u mentioned that 4 weeks or more .. haha but website show is 6-8 weeks, wondering how come they can commit u faster is 4 weeks or more.


yes, they have stated 4-8 weeks, for more detail please msg their online customer services for clarify,
I was deal with the officer and he hundred percent commit me will delivery in 6 weeks.

but when i received the update of delivery, its show ten weeks.

con customer to buy and after payment done, they just wash hand and focus another new sale.
let the customer be stupid to make noise but keep on IGNORE your call, email.

no harm u can email them or call them and try.

i still not received any call from them since 7 april until today 14 of april.


the joke part is they will delivery the bag and mouse to u first, received it within 1 weeks , and u gonna wait another 9 weeks to get ur laptop.
i wondering if i cancel my booking, can i get full refund included my mouse n bag[i will return to them]


i purchase the model lenovo s740 SLIM MODEL. after i made the complain, this model not longer for sell in the page but still there at their official page.
