Yes, 2 weeks for shipping is normal as most stocks are from China (as I know for customised units, assume it's the same for ready stock item).
However, most buyers who ordered customised models usually waited longer than stated time. Customs should not be a problem but expect delay from custom due to clearance. No worry as the Lenovo team will solve it anyway (within 3-5 days).
U can check out some posts earlier where they mentioned about delayed arrival.
So I would say 2-4 weeks time is normal.

U can register for Lenovo Business on the Lenovo website and contact with the Lenovo support team for quotations.

I'm using thinkpad T495, Ryzen 5 Pro 3500U, everything works fine. No fan noise kicked in, no overheat.
Mainly on daily tasks (multiple chrome tabs up to 20, YouTube, ms office)
So far so good for me, really safisfied

Received my Lenovo ThinkPlus Lipstick 65W Charger today, after 3 weeks of ordered from Lazada.
Way more compact than I thought, like it!

I bought from Thinkpad Flagship Store in Lazada. It's a bit expensive compared to taobao, but the official flagship from taobao does not ship to Malaysia.

That's why ThinkPad worth the pennies

Just get a fingerprint sensor,way more convenient. During my purchase the fingerprint sensor option wasn't available for 300 nits display
