i asked "do you guys sell Special Edition Rock Band for PS3"
most of them replied "huh?"
they dont even know what is Rock Band...

some of them know and said sold out...
but i manage to ask a few shops that said there is stock if you want...
just have to wait till tomoro(Monday) then they will call me...

It's a bad move that Harmonix is not releasing the Asian version for 360...
they just let all their asian game fans down like that...

For those who are interested in Rock Band...
here is my brief review on the PS3 version since there might not be any Asian version of the 360 ones coming...hopefully there is..
i am a loyal xbox360 supporter but for this game i have no choice to get the PS3 version.
sorry i posted here instead of PS3 Rock Band thread cause the PS3 thread is not that happening and i just love the 360 forum and much of the user's here was interested on Rock Band

The Stratocaster-The guitar part in this game is almost similar to the ones in Guitar Hero 2 and 3, only it has 10 buttons in total. 5 Buttons above and 5 smaller buttons below near the body. Those button can act the same in normal notes or solos...the difference is if you want to feel more realistic while playing those finger flaming solos...you can utilies the lower 5 buttons,seriously i tried that and it feels good . The lower 5 buttons enables you to play fast flowing solo notes more easier as it is near all together and smaller buttons.
One thing is the took away the tilting guitar star power action, to a normal auto initialize Star Power sort. The strumming bar also is a bit difference this time.

Everyone's favourite-The drum set.
The drum set comes with a pair of drum stick, drum (4 color pads and a foot pedal)
as for the gameplay for Drums, it's not that easy as it looks...but after awhile it would be okay if you know the song and its beat.
The feel and sensitivity of the Drums are just perfect to play.

Tried the Mic...umm still not sure how is the scoring is done cause i just suk at singing...but dont worry, there is Subtitle for every song for the singer to follow to.

this review is just for those who really interested on Rock Band and thinking of going to the Dark side for it...
but i would suggest to wait for the 360 Asian edition if there is one, cause for me PS3 really not games to play now and the online function is just early stage of development(you know what i mean).The online function can really make people sometimes

couldn't resist the game la...but this game really have to have a lot of friends to play with..then i would be more fun.

there is a problem, if you guys are thinking of getting one for the PS3, the PS3 must be 60gb or 80gb version above cause 40gb PS3 only has 2 USB ports, Rock Band Needs at least 3 to use all the equipment together(mic,guitar,drum)not including Bass.

mine only got 2 so the mic have to be forfeited most of the time

nvm la guys, maybe there is an Asian version after all.
waiting for it wont cause harm cause more and more games are coming out very soon.
