It's always good to have 2 machines,one modded and one not,so you can play imported games on the modded thing.

yup. which is exactly why i kept the modded machine. to get around this stupid regional lock ups.

sigh.. it's the last day of 2008 and still we see regional lock ups. grow up developers!!

Actually,EA has spoken about wanting to speed up the Asian and Australian release for Rock Band 2,said in an interview that I read at Gamespot.
They don't know,but they hope it will come sooner than RB1 took.

I didn't know that the region unlock mod exist......

i didn't know about it either till i tried a few US release games that was supposedly locked on my NTSC/J modded machine.

so i guess it works..

do u guys had problem with the sound quality??
i mean, i hardly hear the singing part from all songs and when i go to option for audio setting it doesn't help at all...anyone??
