Getting Started

|
Hey, guys. My Google chrome stopped playing video recently and I tried other browsers and it works fine.
The webpage always show black screen with endless buffering, sometimes YouTube will show error message "If playback doesn’t begin shortly try restarting your device".
I tried to reinstall chrome, clear cookies, restart modem, restart pc, update graphic driver and non of these are working. Any idea how to settle this issue?
I'm currently using window 7 ultimate. Thank you.

In my case, if I skipped Facebook's video too many times it'll start to buffer and won't even load the rest of it. I wonder if it's related, thinking of switching to Firefox
