Carrying passenger and delivering goods are different, IMO. The rider must be more careful in carrying passenger, especially during heavy traffic.
Does anyone suggest install rear box on the motorcycle? What I can think of-- Pros: Safer for passenger so that she/he can lean on it, Cons: More difficult to take the seat.

I am a dispatcher myself since 2017, I think working for parcel delivery company and for coconut milk delivery are different. Delivering parcel has a lot of S.O.P to follow, must use certain app to scan barcode before deliver and after delivered, must call/sms the recipient. Whereas coconut milk is heavier to carry, but the customer locations are fixed, no S.O.P, just ride and deliver.
I can see carrying passenger is a even greater responsibility, normally passenger is much heavier than 50kg coconut milk, and he/she is a human (e.g. cannot fall down). Unlike coconut milk if fell down, just compensate the loss to boss, but use what to compensate for human life?
Normally during heavy traffic in K.L., motorcyclists often use the lane in the middle of cars, as long as I follow the motorcycle in front of me, that's it. What dangerous is, when lane split on a motorcycle, please keep an eye for another motorcycle rapidly approaching from the other lane, I would suggest STOP your bike for a few seconds and look at the side mirror or turn your head BEFORE lane splitting.
