Maybe try police report and move on from there? Then try use the police report to get Lyn to provide all his ip addresses, and from there can all macc to locate him. Even vpn providers and cyber Cafe owners have to give their identity and cctv footage if it's already a police case because they'll be charged with obstructing the law. If case is serious enough. If it's about him throwing nasi lemak at you don't bother.
