Need power source?, Is the power enough?

Hi guys, a real noob here.
Dont know where to ask also. Hope this is the correct place. I wanted to connect my laptop hdd to my pc. Was wondering if i can just use a SATA to usb connector Or maybe HDD enclosure is better? Also, using the above methods, is the power from usb enough? Need another power source?   |
