Hi, I recently only knew i was hit with depression. I'm trying to come out of it. It's hard. Took me few times to think also before posting this
Is there any online support group or perhaps someone can make one?

ah ya, Befrienders is one. forgot they have free line now starting 1st aug

I'd rather not say what kind first. Not really that opened yet. I think ppl like me bit reserved to open and come out of shell
as for professional help, i'd prefer it's a support group as these counselling/psychology tends to charge per session/hours
I think a support group would do much more etc
