As I said, we would never know whether there was adequate efforts or not. After all, things have always been murky.

You could be absolutely right, or absolutely wrong. The problem is the lack of transparency.

As to the kartel polis currently, what are the actions being taken by the police? They allowed the problem to fester until IGP has to voice out their concerns. Is it so easy to root out the problem? I think not.
