I saw the big warning signs at Level 2 Arrival Door that e-hailing is not allowed there, and tell us to proceed to Level 1 Transportation Hub instead, but the entrance to the inner lanes are blocked and my driver had to pick me up further out.

Driver then said many customers still ignore the warning and wait at Level 2 Arrival Door.

So how? Obey the warning and wait at Level 1 or ignore it and wait at Level 2?? Though I quite like the quietness at Level 1, almost no people there.

just call customer ask him where to pick up.

we as a crapcar drivers didn’t get any official notification or instruction to pick up riders at the new klia pick up point. funny or not?

ah my bad, just wait normally at level 2. because as driver we dont get massage and we didnt know how to go level 1.

i told my friend regarding this new pickup rule at level 1, then that day he book grab from klia he kena marah by the grab driver for going to level 1 lol

Luckily my driver still gave me very good service. I gave 5-star afterwards.
