Hi, I engaged a general con to help do minor renovation in my house. Got quoted:

Installing light (surface light on concrete ceiling or recessed light on plaster) RM30 per light
Installing fan (without wall knob, only remote) RM50 per fan
Pulling new lighting point - RM90/point
New power point - RM120/point
Extra power point (looping) - RM80/point

total lights around 55 for the whole house, double story terrace house in Semenyih

around 15 new socket points

I'm wondering if this is a reasonable quotation or should I try nego-ing? Thank you.

Cheap things not good, good things not cheap

Looks good to me, reasonable. Usually for these types of job try not to nego as in case something goes wrong, lowball too much and they wont fix it up for you
